We were tasked to re-think the consumer journey for a new store in Paris to highlight a permanent customisation studio. The journey to and in the studio had to give the customers a new experience that shows the brand in a new way.
The consumer journey was developed and created to make sure that we were delivering the fanbase an experience that would make them included in the personalisation process.
It became quickly apparent that an assets library would be needed so as the journey was sculpted so was the library. Assets were created to make this process feel truly individual and were treated as collectables to be taken away. Once in the studio there was a chance to get the consumer involved further, so we introduced a handbook, which was consumer facing, which allowed them to really dive into the the process and interact with the staff member.
As this was a new proposition Jordan had no content for any of the assets created so illustrations, content and photography were all created for this project.
